P3 - Susquehanna, PA
Sr. Construction Inspector
Currently serving on a $600M+ P3 highway and bridge reconstruction project involving 9.5 miles of interstate and six bridges. Oversee roadway construction operations, bridge demolition, quality assurance, and PennDOT documentation while ensuring compliance with project specifications and OSHA safety standards. Coordinate with project teams through progress meetings and mentor new inspectors on PennDOT standards, field inspection procedures, and construction best practices.

Managed residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects by coordinating project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, and risk management. Developed work breakdown structures, monitored project costs, prepared project documentation (RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders), and collaborated with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery. Improved project scheduling through effective coordination, reduced unforeseen costs through proactive risk management, and maintained high material quality standards while supporting successful project execution.
